API

MRPverse's API is included in the base plan — there's no higher tier to unlock it on. Create a key from Settings → API inside your account, then use it to read your own data from your own tools: spreadsheets, internal dashboards, custom integrations, or an AI agent.

Authentication

Every request must include your key as a bearer token:

Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY

A request with no key, or a revoked one, gets 401 Unauthorized. Keys are scoped to your tenant only — there is no way to read another account's data with a valid key.

Endpoints

GET /api/v1/items

Returns your active (non-archived) items, newest first, up to 500 rows. Each item includes its variants and each variant's current stock (quantity in stock, quantity committed, reorder point).

More endpoints

Items is the first public endpoint. Sales orders, purchase orders, and manufacturing orders are next — if your integration needs one of those before it ships, tell us what you're building via the chat widget and we'll prioritize it.

Full data export

For a one-time or scheduled full dump instead of an API integration, use Settings → Business → Export all data — a single authenticated download of everything: items, orders, customers, suppliers, and recipes.
