This Privacy Policy describes how Offers Bakers LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a principal office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("Company", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with MRPverse (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text) when you sign up
• Business data you enter — items, bills of materials, manufacturing orders, sales and purchase orders, customer and supplier records, and any custom fields you configure
• Integration data — order and inventory data synced from third-party platforms you connect, such as Shopify, if you choose to enable that integration
• Usage data — basic log data (timestamps, IP address, browser type) collected automatically for security and troubleshooting
• Billing information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Authenticate your account and enforce data isolation between organizations
• Process subscription billing
• Respond to support requests
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
• Send account-related notices (e.g. billing, security, service changes)

We do not sell your data or use your business data to train third-party models.

3. Data isolation

The Service is multi-tenant: your organization's data is logically isolated from every other organization's data at the database level, and is only ever accessible to users you have added to your organization.

4. Third-party service providers

We rely on third-party infrastructure providers to operate the Service, including a database and authentication provider (Supabase) and, if you enable it, Shopify for order synchronization, and a payment processor for billing. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms and only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains exportable for a reasonable period afterward, after which it may be deleted from our systems.

6. Data export and deletion

You can export your business data from within the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; we will honor such requests except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, row-level security enforced at the database layer, and access controls limiting who can reach production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new "Last updated" date.
