Is there really no add-on pricing?

Correct. Manufacturing tracking, batch traceability, a second warehouse location, and API access are all included in Standard — not separate line items you unlock later.

How much does MRPverse cost?

Standard is $149/month ($1,490/year, 2 months free) and includes everything to run your factory: items, BOMs, manufacturing orders, batch tracking, sales and purchase orders, inventory, returns, the operator app, unlimited users and warehouses, Arabic, one Shopify store and data export. No add-ons, no usage limits, no per-seat charges.

What does Premium add?

Premium is $349/month ($3,490/year). It adds priority WhatsApp support (same business day), guided migration (we import, you review), AI demand forecasting, smart alerts, custom and profitability reports, up to 3 companies, granular permissions and approvals, higher API limits and multiple Shopify stores. Upgrading is always optional.

Will my price go up?

No. Your price is locked forever for as long as you stay subscribed. Customers who joined before the new plans keep $99/month as founders. The first 50 new customers get 30% off their first 3 months (the whole first year on yearly plans).

Is there a free trial, and how do I cancel?

Yes, 14 days free with no card needed to start. Cancel any time in one click from Settings → Billing; unused time is refunded pro rata.

Do you have an Enterprise plan?

Yes, for custom terms. Email support@mrpverse.com.

Do you support Shopify?

Yes. Orders, cancellations, and edits sync automatically, and stock reservations update in real time so you don't oversell across channels.

Can I define my own production stages?

Yes. Production stages are yours to set up from Settings — Cutting → Sewing → QC → Packed, or whatever your floor actually does. There's no fixed status list to work around.

Can I add custom fields?

Yes, from Settings, and they appear on the relevant form immediately — no migration, no support ticket, no upsell tier.

Is my data locked in?

No. You can export everything — items, orders, customers, recipes — in one file at any time while your account is active.
