Questions people ask before switching
Is there really nothing extra to pay?
No. Standard is $149 a month, or $1,490 a year, for unlimited users, orders, items and warehouses, with manufacturing, batch tracking, the operator app, returns and replenishment all in. Premium ($349) adds AI forecasting, custom reports and WhatsApp support. There are no per-seat fees, usage limits or setup fees, and your price is locked for as long as you subscribe.
How long does migration take?
About ten minutes for most catalogs. Paste a Katana API key or upload Katana Excel or Stocky CSV exports, review the validated preview, and confirm. Premium includes guided migration (we import, you review); Standard customers get free help by email.
Will the Shopify sync touch my stock without asking?
No. The first sync is a preview you confirm. After that, every stock change made by a sync is written to the ledger with its source, and you get an alert if a sync stops.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my data?
Cancel in one click inside the app, with no notice period and no sales call. You can download a full export of everything at any time, before or after cancelling.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes. The whole interface, including the operator app, is available in Arabic (right-to-left) and English, chosen per user.
Stocky stopped working. What do I lose?
Stocky shut down on 2026-08-31 and read-only access ends around late November 2026. Export your products, stock and purchase orders as CSV now; MRPverse imports them and adds reorder suggestions, barcode stock counts and supplier purchase orders.
