Pricing questions
- Is there really no add-on pricing?
- Correct. Manufacturing orders, batch traceability, extra warehouses, the operator app and API access are all in Standard. There is nothing to unlock later.
- What does "price locked forever" mean?
- The price you subscribe at never goes up for you while your subscription stays active, even when list prices change.
- Are there user, order or SKU limits?
- No. Users, orders, items, BOMs and warehouses are unlimited on every plan. We do not meter usage.
- How does the free trial work?
- 14 days, full product, no card. At the end you pick a plan or your account simply pauses. Your data is kept and exportable.
- Can I switch between Standard and Premium?
- Yes, any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
- How do I pay, and is tax included?
- By card through Stripe, in USD. Prices exclude tax; VAT or sales tax is added at checkout only where the law requires it, based on your billing address. Invoices and receipts are in Settings → Billing.
- What if I use Shopify?
- The Shopify connector is free on every plan. Billing is the same whether or not you connect a store.
- How do I cancel?
- One click in Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the paid period and can export everything before you go.
