Settings & customization
Everything under the gear icon — the knobs that shape the rest of the app to your business.
Business
Display name, legal name, and base currency — the basics from signup, editable any time. Also where you set your business model (who you sell to, how you source products, recipe complexity) — changing it live-adjusts which parts of the app you see, and your currency rates: orders in a currency other than your base need a rate set here to roll up into base-currency totals. New orders snapshot whatever rate is set at the time they're created, so past totals don't shift when you update a rate later. This page also has your full data export — items, orders, customers, suppliers, recipes, all in one JSON file, any time.
Warehouses
Up to 10 locations, each set to hold raw materials only, finished products only, or both. Used to separate raw-material storage from finished-goods storage, and to filter the Stock list down to one physical location.
Custom fields
Add a field to items, manufacturing orders, sales orders, purchase orders, or recipe lines, with a type of text, number, date, dropdown, or yes/no. A field you add here shows up on the matching form immediately — no migration, no support ticket, no separate pricing tier to unlock it.
Production stages
Your factory's own pipeline — add, remove, and reorder stages so manufacturing orders move through the steps your floor actually uses. Mark one stage as final; that's what makes a manufacturing order count as Done. See Manufacturing.
Work centers
The machines or stations you schedule production jobs against, each with a real daily capacity in hours — the scheduler pushes jobs later once a center is full rather than assuming infinite throughput. See Shop floor.
Price lists
A named tier of item prices that overrides the standard sales price — e.g. "Wholesale." Pick a price list when creating a sales order to price that order at the tier instead of standard pricing. See Selling.
Integrations
Connect Shopify by entering your shop domain — orders, cancellations, and edits then sync in automatically, matched by SKU, with stock reservations updating in real time. See Selling.
API
Read-only access to your own tenant's data for spreadsheets, internal dashboards, or custom scripts. Create a named key (shown once — copy it immediately), then authenticate requests with Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY. There is no way to read tenant data through this API, or anything built on top of it, without a key.
Other settings pages
Billing (subscription status and payment details), Accounting, Invoice template, PrintNode (label/receipt printing), and Webhooks round out the settings area — each scoped to exactly what its name says.
